Tailor the questions you ask your client to get the feedback you desire.
3DIQ has a set of standard feedback questions you can use when asking your clients for feedback. 3DIQ users with Admin permissions can customize the questions that appear in the Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down feedback box for your entire organization.
Access app.3diq.com and log in using your 3DIQ credentials. In the upper right corner select Organization Settings.
Click the Feedback tab to view the standard questions.
Your first customization option is to create a question that appears on the Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down feedback box. The default question is 'How do you feel about this candidate?'. To change the default simply type the question you would like to ask into the Feedback title field. You also have the option to allow users to give feedback on a candidate more than one time per device by selecting the 'Allow leaving feedback more than once' from the drop-down menu.
Thumbs Up questions
There are two standard default thumbs-up questions and you can create up to three custom or four multiple-choice questions. If you want to create your own questions, toggle off one or both default ones and click the 'Add Custom Question' or 'Add Custom Multiple Choice Question' button.
Custom Questions will allow users to respond in a standard text box. Custom Multiple Choice Questions allow for up to four options to select from. Multiple Choice answers can also be required and allow for single or multiple answers.
There are two standard default thumbs-down questions and you can create up to three custom or four multiple-choice questions. To create your own questions, toggle off one or both default ones and click the 'Add Custom Question' or 'Add Custom Multiple-Choice Question' button.
There are two common questions that you can toggle on or off and make required if you choose. The first is asking for your client's email for tracking purposes. The second is asking them to agree to our Terms of Service.
Be sure to click the 'Update' button to save your changes.
**Tip: You want to make it quick and easy for your clients to provide feedback. Your clients will need to answer any questions and click the 'Submit Feedback' button before you will get the feedback notification and the feedback note will be documented in Bullhorn.
