Create a Skill Marketing profile template

Use any Bullhorn fields, including custom fields, to create a Skill Marketing profile.

You have the option to use any Bullhorn fields to create a Skill Marketing profile template to present candidates to your clients. Access the Skill Marketing tab in your Organization settings.

A default profile will be created which can be customized to display your candidates' Bullhorn data.  To edit the default, click the pencil icon.

From here you can update the Profile Name to better describe your profile. This is especially important if you will be creating multiple profiles to differentiate each template.

The Header field appears at the top of the candidate profile that your clients review.  Remove any default variables or add new variables to your template.  Use the toolbar to edit any of the variables such as fonts, text color, alignment, or bullets.

Use the sections of the template to display the candidates' Bullhorn information you would like to highlight in the profile you send to your client.  You can add, update, or remove sections as well as reorganize them. To reorganize sections, click the six dots next to the title and drag and drop in the order you would like to display them in the candidate's profile.

Add a new section

To add a new variable section, click the Add new section button.

A new blank variable section will open at the bottom of the section list. Use the down arrow to open the section. Enter the label name you would like to appear on the candidate profile.   Use the toolbar to edit the text including font size and color.

Click the down arrow and search for the variable you would like to add.  Click the variable name and then click ADD VARIABLE TO EDITOR

Quick Elements are pre-formatted variables that add multiple variables at one time. Click the variable you would like to add.  If additional variables are available a second drop-down will appear where you can add them.

Once all variables have been added click ADD ELEMENT TO EDITOR.

Click the Save Profile Template button to save all changes. Clicking the cancel button will take you back to the primary Organization tab and not save changes.

Update a section

Click the down arrow next to the label name to open the section.  You can update the label name (this label name will appear on the candidate's profile).  Use the toolbar to edit the text including font size and color.

Open the variables section using the down arrow. Select a single variable or use the quick elements to select pre-formatted variables.

Click the down arrow and search for the variable or quick element you would like to add.  Click the variable name and then click ADD VARIABLE TO EDITOR

Once all variables have been added click ADD ELEMENT TO EDITOR.

Click the Save Profile Template button to save all changes. Clicking the cancel button will take you back to the primary Organization tabs and not save changes.
