Create a Skill Marketing profile template

Use any Bullhorn fields, including custom fields, to create a Skill Marketing profile.

You have the option to use any Bullhorn fields to create a Skill Marketing profile template to present candidates to your clients. Access your Organization settings.

Use the > to scroll right and click the Profile Templates tab

Select the Skill Marketing tab to create templates. Click the Add new profile template button to customize the template.

Enter a Profile Name to identify the template.

The Header field displays at the top of the candidate profile that your clients review.  Remove any default variables or add new variables to your template.  Use the toolbar to edit any of the variables such as fonts, text color, alignment, or bullets.  If you do not want to display a header on your profiles, toggle off Display Header.

Each template that is created will contain default sections. Each section is designed to display the candidates' Bullhorn information you would like to highlight in the profile you send to your client.  You can add, update, or remove sections as well as reorganize sections.

For candidate data, you would like to only see internally, toggle on the Internal option.  This allows you to share candidate data internally but not share it with your client.
