If your company uses Google Workspace, creating a new Chrome profile may help submit resumes
If you have a personal G Mail account and your company uses Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) as your email platform, you may notice a conflict when generating candidate submission emails using 3DIQ.
The optimal solution is to create a second Chrome user, associated with your work email account. This ensures candidate submissions emails using 3DIQ will default to sending from the correct email account.
