All tearsheets with visibility set to public will appear in the list. Use the 'Search Tearsheets' function to locate the tearsheet you would like to work with.

The Candidate and Contacts tabs will allow you to view everyone associated with the tearsheet. Analytics are available to show several statistics related to the tearsheet performance.

One profile template is set at the organization level to standardize the information you provide to your client about a candidate. To select a different template open the Feedback questions & candidate profile template section by clicking the down arrow. Use the drop-down menu to select the profile template you would like to use or customize the existing template for this candidate only.
Please reference Create a Skill Marketing profile template for detailed steps on how to create a custom profile template. Once the new template has been selected or customized.
For help with customizing the Feedback questions please reference Customizing Client Feedback
Click the Update button to save your changes.
Close the Feedback & profile section by clicking the header. Generate your candidate's profile by clicking the Create Profile button.
You will then select the Use Bullhorn Fields button from the pop-up to pull the Bullhorn fields associated with the profile template set for your organization.
Once all candidates have a profile, you can share the tearsheet with your clients. First, click the 'Share' button associated with the tearsheet on which you are working.
There are several ways in which you can share tearsheets with your clients.
You will see four options for sharing the candidates with clients.
Send to Contacts
By using the Send to Contacts option, you are able to search for individual contacts or the entire tearsheet. Begin typing an individual contact name or tearsheet name
Once you have added all the contacts to which you would like to send your list of candidates click Email Tearsheet. Your clients will receive an email with a link to all the candidates you have prepared.
By clicking the link they will be taken to the Resume Portal where they can view each candidate and provide feedback on each one.
This option will copy the URL to the clipboard where it can then be shared with anyone you would like to see the list of candidates for the job and provide feedback.
Embed in iFrame
An iFrame (Inline Frame) is an HTML document embedded inside another HTML document on a website. The iFrame HTML element is used to insert content from an outside source on your webpage.
This option gives you the ability to insert the link within your webpage where you could direct clients to go to view available candidates.
Embed with JSON
JSON is a text-based data format that is used to read data from a web server and display that data on a web page. This would give you the ability to share candidates on your website where clients could use filters to search for specific qualities and qualifications.
**If you would like to use this feature, please have your web developers contact email@example.com for additional information and assistance.**
View the Analytics tab to see statistics related to the performance of each tearsheet. You will see how many contacts have been sent the list of candidates and the number of those contacts that have opened the email. Open and click rates, top email users, and Subscription status is also displayed.
When a user unsubscribes from receiving emails, they will no longer get any Skill Marketing emails even if they appear on a tearsheet.
